Finding a place to belong is a universal desire. We all want to fit in and find connections with people who inspire and encourage us. For nearly 30 years, University of California San Diego School of Medicine’s Student-Run Free Clinic Project has provided that comforting and familiar space for thousands of patients, medical students, physicians and volunteers.
