More than 200 participants marched with UC San Diego Health, donning shirts that had a stethoscope formed in the shape of a heart with rainbow colors.

The San Diego Pride Parade is considered among the largest Prides in the United States, attracting over 300,000 people annually.

Participants marched 1.5 miles, starting at the Hillcrest Pride Flag all the way to Balboa Park. Many brought their own banners and flags.

The UC San Diego Pep Band led the contingent, which included a zero emissions university shuttle.
