Sam Popkin, professor of political science knows presidential contests: he’s served on five Democratic campaigns. His latest book is “The Candidate: What It Takes to Win – and Hold – the White House.” Popkin sat down recently with UCTV Prime Vote, a UCTV YouTube original channel, to discuss Election 2012.
