The Clinical Addiction Recovery Institute (C.A.R.I.), has announced that it will join the University of California, San Diego community as one of the newest members of the Qualcomm Institute Innovation Space (QIIIS).
Aaron Harvey, a first-year student at San Diego City College, would like to become a public policy attorney to advocate for those who are unfairly criminalized. He was among more than 20 students who took part in a new daylong program Nov. 19 designed to encourage local black community college students to see themselves at UC San Diego.
