Triton Weeks of Welcome Delivers Epic Return to Campus

The campus is abuzz with activity as students move in. This fall, UC San Diego will be able to provide housing to approximately 22,000 students, 16,750 of which are undergraduate students.

Students rode the La Jolla waves during Black Surf Week, a program of Black Like Water. All UC San Diego students interested in learning to surf, exploring Black and African Diasporic relationships to land and water and building community were invited to participate in this event.

Black, Latinx and Native American Family Orientation shared information with all incoming students and their families about the UC San Diego student experience through a culturally informed lens. Participants engaged with other incoming families, learned about campus resources and familiarized themselves with the campus.
