The UC San Diego community — including the pep band, all eight undergraduate colleges, representatives from various schools and departments and UC San Diego Health — turned out to honor Martin Luther King Jr. and his legacy in San Diego’s 44th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Parade, one of the largest celebrations of its kind in the United States, according to the organizers.
