With nearly 43 years of experience in law enforcement, Orville King has spent the last 11 years here as chief of the UCSDPD. Despite his extensive involvement, he also has experience in the classroom, having taught social sciences and criminal justice at the high school level. No stranger to either the academic or law enforcement world, King enjoys the rewards and responsibilities of his work.
