Nation’s First Civility Research Center at UC San Diego to Address Juvenile Justice Reform.
UC San Diego and the National Conflict Resolution Center have launched a new center targeted at conducting pioneering work on issues ranging from rising hate and intolerance to racial injustice and cyberbullying. The new Applied Research Center for Civility’s first project will focus on disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline. The ambitious undertaking will evaluate and refine a national model of best practices to promote national criminal justice reform and reduce mass incarceration. Read More »
